1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing logictechlabs.com and utilizing our high-performance software development, ERP systems, AI integration, or digital transformation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the professional relationship between LogicTechLabs (a division of MG-TechWorks) and its clients.
2. Service Delivery & Project Governance
LogicTechLabs provides custom-engineered digital solutions. Project scopes, delivery milestones, and technical specifications are defined in specific Service Level Agreements (SLA). We reserve the right to modify service parameters based on evolving technical requirements, provided such changes are communicated to the client in writing.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final payment, full intellectual property rights for the custom-developed assets are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the service contract. LogicTechLabs retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, base components, and internal engineering protocols used during the development process.
4. Payment Terms & Termination
Payment schedules are milestone-based and outlined in each project contract. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in a temporary suspension of service. Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure such breach within a defined period.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
LogicTechLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the production use of our software once it has been approved and deployed. These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
