1. Scope of this policy
LogicTechLabs provides custom services (websites, software, automation, and marketing systems). Refunds depend on the project stage and the terms in your written proposal/SOW.
2. Deposits & kickoff
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, because time is allocated to discovery, planning, design, and engineering setup. If a project is cancelled before kickoff, we will review the request case-by-case.
3. Milestones & delivered work
Milestone payments cover work completed up to that milestone. Completed and delivered work is not refundable. If there is a quality issue, we prioritise fixes aligned with the agreed scope.
4. How to request billing support
Email enquiry@logictechlabs.com with your invoice ID, project name, and a short description of the request. We typically respond within 1 business day.
